Community Advisory Board
Connecting classroom learning with community leadership.
The Social Work Program at Howard Payne University is guided by a dedicated Advisory Board made up of social work professionals, alumni, students, and community partners.
The board meets regularly to provide feedback on curriculum, field education, accreditation preparation, and community engagement.
Members help ensure the program remains responsive to the needs of the profession while staying true to its mission of faith, service, and social justice.
Through open dialogue and collaboration, the Advisory Board strengthens the connection between the classroom and the community—helping prepare students to become competent, compassionate social work professionals who make a difference in the world.
